It’s a light vacuum cleaner with little power, but it’s cheap and working. Since it’s light, it’s not a problem for me to use it around the house, it did not take a lot of effort or energy to clean the house. I know it’s not that strong and doesn’t clean that well, but it is enough.

The air mattress is very comfortable and easy to fill. You can close the valve without removing the air pump so you don’t loose any air pressure and it keeps the mattress nice and firm. When stacked it is very comfortable for a single person. The only drawback is the zipper that keeps the two mattresses together as a king size mattress. It does keeps them stuck together, but they do space apart somewhat. As is spaces apart you are drawn to that part of the mattress. I had to literally move my kids out of the crevase several times a night. However, the mattress was comfortable and easy to take down and roll up in it’s carrying bag.

Customer Review: Best wagon ever.
I am thrilled with this purchase for our 2 y/o. He loves to go for rides in it alone or with a friend and plenty of leg room for both! When he’s alone we flip down the other side for a table for him and what ever “tweasuwes” he finds. With the seat belts, I don’t worry about him suddenly tumbling out, or standing up while moving. The cup holders are especially nice and fit a range of sizes. All in all a great deal.

BUT! Be prepared to spend some time on assembly. Not difficult, just a little time consuming, but well worth it.

My one year old loves this wagon! He will actually sit still as long as he’s in it. Great for wine festivals to haul him and lots of stuff-we get lots of compliments on it too! The canopy Radio Flyer Wagon Canopy is also great. Had him under it in a downpour and he and everything in the wagon were dry as a bone. The handle also comes off so it more easily fits in a vehicle.

I’ve had it for two years and it frequently falls in the shower. It hasn’t broken though, so the product is durable. The reception isn’t great, but the mirror is practically worthless. With age, it “fog-free” quality has gotten worse and it is practically worthless.

Customer Review: Blew up my boat!
I bought this pump for my Sevylor HF350 inflatable boat. It blew it up in about 20 minutes of actual run time. The directions read to take a 20 minute break after 10 minutes of continuous use.

I was surprised by how it keeps on pumping even with a lot of back pressure and resistance from the inflatable.

Afterwards, I blew up a Coleman Colossus raft in about 5 minutes, and an air mattress in about 2 min!!

So far, I think it’s a great value.

Customer Review: Very modern design, packed with functional features.
I was looking for a clock-radio that was easy to set up for alarm functions and had decent sound quality. The Sony ICF is it! I took it out of the box, reviewed the instruction sheet and put it to work. The clock sets itself after you select your time zone. The alarm functions were easy to set by reading and following the instructions carefully. I have chosen to wake to the “Buzzer” which I find to be unobtrusive and polite. This radio has a huge snooze bar which is nice, no groping in the dark trying to find it for a few more ZZZ’s. The radio pulls in many stations, clearly and the sound quality is pretty good, for a clock radio. It’s not going to replace a full blown stereo system but at least it doesn’t sound like it’s being projected from a tin can. It was a very simple matter to pre-set the stations that I wanted to keep in it’s memory. The volume switch, as well as a few other function buttons, are not located in the most convenient of places but with a little memorization, this is no problem. I have yet to use the CD or MP3 input. There are some reviewers that wish the display was not so bright. I guess I’d have to say I am one of those, too. That said, I couldn’t wait to see what it looked like at night. This radio looks like a well lit, UFO runway and at it’s brightest provides enough light for a good size room. Hit the snooze bar and it goes into it’s mood lighting mode; your wife or girl friend can throw away the candles, this thing does it all! Tap the snooze bar a third time and the mood lighting goes out and leaves only the clock back-lit. It would be nice to be able to dim the clock light more, so I just turn it to where it’s not facing directly at the bed. (Looking at the photo of the radio, the lights come from the two rows of buttons along each side of the CD compartment and the snooze bar. It looks pretty cool and quite mod! This coming from a kid that grew up in the 60’s and 70’s…) All in all it’s a very nice, well thought clock-radio, with decent sound quality, packed with features and well worth the extra bucks. I just wish they had different styles…it looks pretty space age and funky setting on our antique reproduction furniture!

Customer Review: FINALLY OUT ON DVD!
If I was ever going to be marooned on a deserted isle (with electical power, of course) there are three comedy movies I would want with me: The Odd Couple, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, and Three O’Clock High. For the longest time I was going to have to make due with just the first two since Three O’Clock High went out of print years ago. I almost forked over an insane amount of money when I saw a 5th generation copy of a rental store video selling on a popular auction site, but it just wasn’t worth it to me. I am glad I waited, because someone with more than two brain cells to rub together took the initiative and released this hilarious and fast-paced comedy for both older fans and a whole new audience. Not as teen-sophisticated as “Sixteen Candles” or “Pretty in Pink”, and not as gnarly and racy as “Fast Times at Ridgemont High”, this high school comedy film has a lot going for it in its own right. It even has an early appearance of Mitch Pileggi (X-Files’ “Skinner”) as “The Duke-ster” - playing a HILARIOUS truant officer. The only downfall is the very heavily soaked ’80’s musical soundtrack, but this is it. If you can still stomach the likes of Tangerine Dream with their ‘keytars’ drum machines, and synth samplers, then you are in for a really fun 90 minutes. The transfer to DVD is bright and clear, and the cover still has the original theatrical artwork.

I actually have an old VHS copy of this movie, because until now this one was never released on DVD. This is for sure a cool movie, along the lines of two more well known 80’s High School comedies, “Ferris Beuller’s Day Off” and “Better Off Dead”. The humourous camera angles, the extreme close ups of the minute hand on the clock, the pep rally where cheerleaders attack a dummy of the opposing team and beat it with bats while the bully looks over at Jerry from the other side of the gym with a look like “This is what’s gonna happen to you after school”…..classic 80’s comedy!

I purchased this unit for monitoring the humidity in the crawlspace of my house. Recently I installed a dedumidifier and covered the crawlspace to prevent high humidity. I have it in my home far from any heat generating appliances still this unit reads 85 degrees… My central AC is set for 70, so I just know its no where near 85 degrees, so I put this device directly in front of a fan and the temperature starts going up higher! Its either broken or completely inaccurate because its never dropped below 85 degrees in the two days that I’ve had it. I’m thinking of placing it in the freezer just to see if it will lower its temperature. I’m disappointed. The unit itself looks nice and stylish with a huge read out, it requires a total of 4 AA batteries, 2 for the main unit and another 2 for the secondary sensor that can be placed outside. The instructions say not to use rechargable batteries because they don’t give a constant supply of power.

My wife and I received this CD as part of a set, a gift for our baby-on-the-way. I just started to listen to it. All of the music is synthesized, and at mediocre quality. How’s that enriching for the baby? You never hear the actual instruments, only a synthesizer’s imitation. Better to get a standard collection of classical music, they’re not expensive. They don’t have a cute cartoon animals on the front, but are higher quality, and as soothing.

This is a very soothing CD featuring the music of Beethoven in a soothing manner. It is a toned down version of Beethoven’s music. It would be comforting to babies, children, and even adults. A great way to introduce children to classical music. I play it in children’s yoga classes and they recognize it. Apparently it is already popular with young children. The only downfall is the children really think it is just for babies.

We have 5 kids and we all love this game. The 17 year old guy probably plays when no one is watching! The workout portion not exactly aerobic but fun.

Customer Review: Not the real McCoy
When I ordered this, I thought it was CorningWare. NOT. It is stoneware. A world of difference…stoneware is heavier and susceptible to temperature shock breakage. This may be made by “CorningWare” but it is not the original CorningWare ceramic; which, it turns out, is no longer available. The casserole is a nice size, but not the real McCoy.
Customer Review: Casserole Dish an important part of the kitchen
My wife wanted a large casserole dish to add to her kitchen cooking supplies. This CorningWare 2-1/2 Quart oval dish works perfect for her needs. Often, when you have guests coming, or are preparing food for a large group, you want prepare the food ahead of time - then just warm it at the last minute for serving. A casserole dish works great in many of these type of situations. Just stick it in the oven, and go about your other duties - the food will be ready when you are. Also, we’ve discovered that rice has a completely different texture when “baked” in a casserole dish in the oven as opposed to using a rice cooker or the boiling water method. One note of caution on this dish - it does not have handles or a large lip so handling it when hot out of the oven can be a problem. Also, the glass lid is not very secure on the top. Still, I recommend this for any who are interested in purchasing a casserole dish.

Customer Review: Excellent chimney for starting lots of coals
Took it to scout camp last week and was able to get enough coals for two 12″ ovens going in about 15 minutes. The coals up to the top of the side vent holes are ready in 10 minutes, the ones above the holes take a few minutes longer. Excellent value for the price.

Customer Review: Two observations…

1. The openings in the vertical grating at the bottom are too narrow to permit insertion of any butane grill lighter I have been able to buy. I have to lift up the canister in order to light the paper in the bottom.

2. After fiddling with newspaper trying to find right amount to use, I have found that using 1/2 of a paper grocery shopping bag (just cut it right up the middle with scissors) is perfect for lighting the chimney without fail.
